Time Passages
I believe nothing in the yearly calendar highlights the passage of time more distinctly than your children's birthdays. They grow and change so quickly! Below is my son Alex in Washington on Spring Break last week. He turned 13 this week ....almost but not quite

Getting Ready...
My Son and I had a great day Skiing at Greek Peak yesterday. Alex has quite a beard for a 12 year old.
I think its due to the all the fresh country air!
At the Bistro we are getting ready for our opening next weekend.
Mike Foster has been spring painting, we've all been spring cleaning and spring decorating...Cookie even made me vegan spring rolls for lunch this week, they were delicious.... I'm so lucky!

Good Morning Springtime!!!
Our first weekend is just around the corner and that's
Easter Weekend.
Friday March 28th and Saturday 29th.... We open for Lunch and Dinner.We will be serving 12 noon till 8pm.
Easter Sunday we are taking reservations for Brunch and Dinner... We will be serving 12 noon till 6pm.
After a good winter rest and a little Arizona sunshine, Cookie
is longing to get back in her Kitchen. She's been busy trying out new recipes and is very proud of the Easter Brunch she's put together.
Check back for the Easter menu and other exciting news in a few days. So looking looking forward to seeing you all again soon.
